Processing & Delivery Time

Three working days is the maximum time to process your order. The delivery time will depend on your shipping address’s location. You can track the progress at any point using our tracking number, which will be provided once your order is shipped.

Returning your order:

If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging; unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with tags intact and attached to qualify for a full refund. We will bear the return postage expense if the items are faulty or incorrect. Still, otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us (unless we delivered the item to you in error).

Please ensure that returns are adequately packed, as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during transit. If you need an exchange for a different size or color, please place a new order through our website and send back your unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt, together with a copy of your invoice/receipt.
